Intellectual property rights are fully respected by Geewa a.s. To minimise the risk of copyright infringement on some of the games published on this site, we have taken the following precautions:

1. Where possible we requested and obtained permission to publish the game from the copyright holders.
2. The vast majority of the games we choose may be published on 3rd party sites without any conditions attached. In some cases, we could not obtain information on copyright.
3. Some games can only be published under special conditions. These conditions have always been respected.
4. We never modify the game source code. In particular references to game credits, brands or links.

Finally, we always include a link in the header of the game page to the developer site. Therefore our users can visit the developer site and furthermore the PageRank of the developer site increases because of incoming links from Geewa and partner websites.
